USA Plastic Surgeon acts as an independent data verification platform. By initiating a match or utilizing the Patient Workspace, you explicitly consent to sharing your submitted intake details with the matched board-certified plastic surgeons and their accredited clinical teams.

We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers, external agencies, or data brokers. Your information is isolated entirely within the clinical matching and consultation ecosystem.

3. Medical Disclaimer & HIPAA Status

While we implement strict data security protocols (including TLS encryption and secure databases), USA Plastic Surgeon is a technology and matching platform, not a healthcare provider. Consequently, the information transmitted through our public calculators prior to formal clinic intake is not governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Compatibility scores and risk assessments generated by our tools are informational only and do not constitute professional medical advice. Always consult directly with a board-certified physician.
